Is shipping within Germany free of charge for me?

We have set up our online shop in such a way that all orders within Germany are free of charge. Every order will be given a tracking number. This means that tracking is then possible without any problems. 

 How is the payment in the webshop going?

You have a variety of different payment terms. Simply choose the right option. Paypal / Klarna / credit card etc. Is possible and absolutely safe for you. All data is processed and stored securely. 

PAYMENT 

How can I pay in the shop? We attach great importance to making it as easy and individual as possible for you. That is why we try to always offer the latest payment methods and options in our online shop. You can find an overview of the options in the shop. 

Will the invoice be sent in the package?  

No, we do not send invoices or order confirmations in the package. We always assume that the delivery should perhaps be a gift. Then of course it wouldn't be so nice. This will only be sent to you digitally by email!

Why does a rose box pay off compared to a classic bouquet?

A bouquet of fresh flowers / roses will usually only last a week. Depending on the season, it can be 2 days longer and can cost 30 euros or more. A fresh bouquet of flowers can cost 50 euros very quickly. But after a while the flowers will wither. Even with the additives that many florists give, the result remains the same. The rose box with infinity roses or also called eternal roses will not wither. The roses are preserved and stabilized by the special process. Remain in appearance as if straight cut and always look fresh for the next few months to years. Definitely up to three years. Thus, a rose box saves a lot of money for someone who loves flowers.  

Do the roses need to be watered? 

The Eternal Roses are real roses, but do not need water. They were made durable with glycerine, with this process the water was removed and replaced with glycerine. You don't need to pour any more.   

How long do preserved roses last? 

These roses can be kept for three years, thanks to our process the roses can be kept for a good three years. Depending on the location, it can be longer. Also depends on the respective rooms and which color you choose. The intense colors can fade faster. Light colors such as white or champagne last longer. 

How can I enter a discount code?

I don't like the flowerbox I ordered. Can i return it? 

Please note that we are a manufactory and manufacture each order individually after receipt of the order. If you don't like your order, we can carry out an individual check. You can find the cancellation terms here.
